For larger celebrations and corporate gatherings, Breva offers a full restaurant buyout in Downtown Minneapolis, providing exclusive access to both the Sun Room and Bar Room inside Hotel Ivy near the Minneapolis Convention Center. A buyout accommodates up to 80 guests for a seated dinner or 120 for a cocktail reception, creating a seamless indoor flow between the elegant Sun Room—featuring Venetian plaster walls, glass chandeliers, reclaimed wood and marble tables—and the vibrant Bar Room centered around Breva’s signature stone-top bar. This combined private dining experience is ideal for corporate receptions, wedding welcome parties, holiday celebrations, milestone events, and networking gatherings seeking a refined yet welcoming Minneapolis event venue with curated New American cuisine and craft cocktails.

The Sun Room is ideal for private dinners, rehearsal dinners, birthday celebrations, and corporate gatherings in Minneapolis. With seating for up to 40 guests or 60 for cocktail-style events, this space offers a bright, elegant atmosphere featuring Venetian plaster walls, glowing glass chandeliers, woven café chairs, and reclaimed wood and marble tables inspired by Minnesota’s Scandinavian heritage.
