A buyout accommodates up to 80 guests for a seated dinner or 120 for a cocktail reception, creating a seamless indoor flow between the elegant Sun Room—featuring Venetian plaster walls, glass chandeliers, reclaimed wood and marble tables—and the vibrant Bar Room centered around Breva’s signature stone-top bar. With seating for up to 40 guests or 60 for cocktail-style events, this space offers a bright, elegant atmosphere featuring Venetian plaster walls, glowing glass chandeliers, woven café chairs, and reclaimed wood and marble tables inspired by Minnesota’s Scandinavian heritage.
