Executive Chef Bjorn Thompson has crafted a holiday feast fit for the Nice List with dishes like our Warmed Spinach Salad with pancetta sherry vinaigrette, onion, pomegranate or Roasted Beet Salad with whipped goat cheese, citrus, candied walnut, shallot. For the main course we have Seared Duck Breast with chestnut farro, fig and cranberry sauce, glazed carrot or Herb Crusted Prime Rib with smashed potato, au jus, grilled asparagus and horseradish cream.
